As a service to you, we filter your email to keep junk or SPAM email out of your inbox. Most of the time the filtering system gets it right, and only takes out stuff you don't want or didn't ask to receive and puts it in your Spam folder. On occasion, a 'good' email gets caught by the spam filtering system, so you will want to check your Spam folder on the webmail system.
If you find a 'good' email in your Spam folder, you can mark it as 'Not Spam' and the filter will adjust and deliver that email to your inbox immediately and in the future. The screen shot below shows where you can find the Spam folder in webmail - after you login to your account.
